There has always been some disparity between how many brothers Tim has. On several occasions in the later seasons, it’s talked about that Tim has four brothers, however in earlier seasons he’s stated to have 5. Marty and Jeff made appearances, and Steve was mentioned in multiple seasons. While he occasionally considers shifting House & Home Improvement News on professionally, Tim remains the primary host of Tool Time till the ultimate episode of Home Improvement. Before he was cast on Tool Time, he worked as a traveling tool salesman. Tim barely graduated from school but later receives an honorary Doctorate from Western Michigan University.
In the 20th episode of season 5, “Simple Explanation”, Kutner is discovered dead in his house with a gunshot wound to the pinnacle. Because Kutner left no notice, House suspects foul play, although the death is accepted by the other characters as a suicide. The collection’ original opening theme, as heard in the United States, comprises instrumental portions of “Teardrop” by Massive Attack.
